Stacie in the finance department at Southeast Harley Davidson is AwEsOmE! She was able to get me refinanced into a new loan, after only having my motorcycle for a couple of weeks. Now my payments are half, the monthly amount that I would have been paying in the first loan. During the process Stacie was very honest and truthful in explaining everything and going over all the paperwork. She did not make me feel as if I was being rushed, nor pressured into making any quick decisions. She was very patient and respected the choices I had made during the process. Dropped off my bike to have bars and a couple other accessories installed. My bike came back cleaner than I dropped it off. The bars looked great. The place is great. The dinner staff is friendly and personable. Even the cooks are great is you get the chance to be seated in their section. I was very pleasantly surprised how approachable the cooks were. They just started up a conversation with me. Very friendly place and the food is good too.

I'm not a regular there but I could see myself becoming one. I came for the food and the parts but I keep going back because of how nice everyone is.

The parts guys are great too. Super nice and knowledgeable. Very patient even when asking dumb questions. I've never felt rush or that they were getting impatient. Very helpful.

Come and eat in the Original Harley Diner. Open 9 am to 3pm Tues thru Sat. Except for holidays. Great burgers! I'm addicted to the "Big Bike Burger" it's so big I can't eat the whole thing.

Service department is fantastic. I first tried to get the work done at Cleveland Rock & Roll Harley (a fried headlight wiring harness) and they told me "they don't do that kind of work anymore" They just want to sell you a new motorcycle or expensive addons and forget you. Southeast did the job in a couple of days, no bull, and I am very satisfied. (and the cost was much less than I thought it would be). Thumbs up for South East Harley, my new dealer.

Shane & Steve are the best at Southeast Harley they try their best to get you on the bike that you want. They take time and listen to their customers. Had my bike in for a safety recall, went ahead and had service done. Joe M and Joe H. were amazing to work with, did the work right, and kept me up to date during the visit. Had lunch in the Diner, Dawn was awesome! And while I waited, Tim and Shane (my original sales guys) made sure I felt at home and happy! Having dealt with a few different dealers, SE Harleys staff is by far the best!

Great Harley shop with lots of class. The inside of the dealership is set up like many separate shops, there's even a diner that serves breakfast and lunch. There are many old bikes in there, even one that was owned by Elvis! Really cool.

Went for lunch at the diner and found THE bike I have been trying to find for years with barely any miles. Staff didn't pressure me and made me feel welcome. I bought the bike the next day. Great atmosphere, people, and food.

Number one Harley store on the planet they have everything all kinds of historic pictures all kinds of motorcycling equipment and an incredible diner excellent food I had to BLT and tater tots I cannot say enough good things about this place it's a place to go visit have a good meal stroll around and of course if you want to buy a Harley I can't think of a better place great service department great salesman I had a wonderful waitress highly highly recommended

Made an appointment for a Tuesday afternoon visit to look at a specific bike they had. Tim and Shane took care of everything during the upfront process, in an honest, and direct fashion. During the paperwork stage, Keith was amazing to work with, not doing the normal "finance Sales add-ons" we all expect, provided clear options on what was available. Tim and Shane delivered my new bike, taking the time to go over the bike and provided advice on a few things. Their customer service is EXCELLENT! We were there on Sunday with a friend who previously went to R&R HD and was looking to buy a new CVO. At R&R, he asked about one, and they said they'd get back to him with a price, and asked if he asked his wife if it was okay.. he's not married and it took 5 days to get back to him after he called them back twice. Southeast Harley was a totally different experience. Keith at Southeast found the exact bike he was looking for, arranged for a trade, and treated him like he was a highly valued customer. Keith took grrat care of all of us as my friend was educated on all the features of his new bike. We weren't ignored when he found out that we weren't there to buy something. They have plenty of merchandise, a diner for food and something to drink, and a great staff who treat you with respect. Sadly, I had dismissed SEHD because other dealers were closer. But after our experience with Keith and South East, my friends and I will always be making the trip to South East.

This Harley shop has the only Harley-Davidson diner in existence! And it's super cute! The food was fast and on point, the servers were great too! I'm not a "Harley person", but you don't have to be to enjoy this establishment! I'd recommend it

I have visited a good number of Harley Davidson dealerships across the USA. This is one of the greatest stores to visit.

Where I live is in between 3 other Harley dealerships, yet I ALWAYS go to S.E. HD ! ALL of the staff is very friendly, from Jade on the phone to the personnel on the sales floor. The Staff is NOT pushy, very knowledgeable, and very inviting as you look around. Great caf for lunch ! South East Harley Davidson also offers an opportunity to view some rare & antique museum pieces of Harley Davidson's history & culture.

Absolutely great place to spend time to look for bikes, have breakfast and have a talk to a stranger because it feels like no one is strangers there but the family. Great place with rich and long history with Harley Davidson. It's also the place where I know that my bike will be taken care of with love. Always and no matter what. This is the best dealership I've been to. And I've been to many over the years. Even Rossmeyers in Daytona. The staff was very friendly and informative. They have a ton of history in this place. How in the service department gave me a tour he was awesome and he introduced me to some of the staff. They have an old Harley working diner from Massachusetts. Open for breakfast and lunch. They moved the old gas station inside. Because of zoning laws. (Zoning laws are a joke). An Elvis bike with title and many, many old bikes it was like going back in time. I definitely highly recommend visiting this one. Tell them Harry sent you.
