Here's how to get started. On your next trip to South East Harley-Davidson® request your FREE Riders Rewards card. It takes a few minutes to get you enrolled and you can start earning points the same day. However, It takes 48 to 72 hours for your points to becomae available.

Anytime you make a purchase, you will receive points. These points are redeemable for certificates towards future purchases. The more you spend, the more you save. This is our way of saying "Thank You". for coming back again and again to South East Haney-Davidson®.

We at South East Harley-Davidson® are always looking for innovative ways to give our customers more value. We especially want to reward our loyal customers for making us their first choice in Harley-Davidson® dealers. What better way to reward our customers than with what they want most - free Harley-Davidson® merchandise! We can it the South East Harley-Davidson® Rider Rewards Program. When you purchase merchandise at South East Harley-Davidson®, you earn Rider Rewards points. These points earn you a free certificate so that you can choose the exact merchandise you like: MotorClothes® Merchandise, Parts, Accessories and Service!

Here's how it works: Present your FREE Rider Rewards Card every time you make an eligible purchase at South East Harley-Davidson®. After, we will credit your Rider Rewards card with 1 point for every dollar you spend, excluding taxes. The more points you accumulate, the larger the certificate value! If you do not have your FREE Rider Rewards Card yet, now is the time!

Nearly everything you purchase qualifies. Sign up for out e-newsletter and receive notices on any double points days or special events. Just carry your Rider Rewards Card with you whenever you visit South East Harley-Davidson® and earn points for your Harley-Davidson® merchandise!

Keep in mind, if you spend your points on a certificate from the Rider Rewards website, you'll have 30 days to bring it into the store and apply it towards a purchase. However, if we create a certificate in-store for you it will have to be applied to purchases you make on that day, and you will not have a 30 day window to use it. Please keep this difference in mind when planning to use your points.

Your Rider Rewards card is only valid for eligible purchases made at South East Harley-Davidson® in Bedford Heights. The Rider Rewards card is issued to the original purchaser only and can only be used by the original purchaser or member spouse or significant other. Picture ID may be required. Your Rider Rewards card must be presented at time of merchandise purchase. Rider Reward points cannot be issued retroactively.

Points earned under Rider Rewards Program cannot be redeemed for cash. Purchases not eligible for Rider Rewards points are: Taxes, Extended Warranties, GAP Insurance, Tire & Wheel Protection, Appearance Protection or Thrift Protection.

"Special Orders" or "Lay-a-Ways" in General Merchandise, MotorClothes®, or Parts & Accessories are not rewarded until they are paid for in-full picked up.

South East Harley-Davidson® reserves the right to discontinue Rider Rewards Program and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means, or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of the Rider Rewards Program. South East Harley-Davidson® reserves the right to modify or cancel this program, at any time, without obligation or notification.
